📦 Order Processing
Order Confirmation: After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review it carefully. If you see any mistakes, contact us immediately at info@atlanticliquors.com.
Processing Time: Orders are normally processed within 8–10 business days.
During holiday seasons, major sales, or peak volume periods, processing time may extend to 10–20 business days.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7–10 business days.
Shipping rates are based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days.
Additional shipping charges will apply depending on carrier and region.
🌍 Where We Ship
Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
🔞 Age Verification
By law, any shipment containing alcohol requires:
Signature from someone 21 years or older
A valid government-issued photo ID upon delivery
Carriers will not release alcohol shipments without proper age verification.

Carrier delays or disruptions

If significant delays occur, we will notify you promptly.
📬 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email including a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
📦 Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Order: If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@atlanticliquors.com.
Please include:Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Lost Order: If your package shows as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, contact us within 48 hours and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or issue a replacement where applicable.
