A masterful union of well-bred bourbons. One: an extra-aged mahogany bourbon, peppery with shavings of dark chocolate. Two: a silky, wheated bourbon rich with vanilla and honey. Third: a younger find, finished in Caribbean rum barrels to impart warm island spice.
